BackBuitenveldertselaan 158 consists of approximately 3,550 m² of retail and office space and is partly leased to retailer BCC. Rooswijck 5 has approximately 1,500 m² of office space. Its lessees include Beeldschoon Studios and PGB Pensioendiensten. The seller was advised by FRIS Commercial Real Estate Agency and legal firm Dentons. Kroonenberg Group was advised by Real Estate broker Valkering & Co and law firm Houthoff.
