The capital markets team of FRIS, together with Stibbe, advised the seller on the sale of a portfolio of 15 light industrial properties in the Amsterdam Schiphol region. The portfolio was purchased by Europa Capital and ARC Real Estate Partners for the newly formed Dulip fund. The portfolio is approximately 24,500 sq.m. LFA in size and 97% let. The buyer was advised by Dentons.
