In case of interest, we ask you to fill in the contact form attached to the relevant residence advertisement as correctly and completely as possible.<\/p>\n<p>In the comments field, we would like to see who you are, whether you want to rent alone or with a partner and your (joint) income. Only fully completed contact forms will be processed. Depending on the residence, the first 5 to 10 candidates will be invited for a viewing. If you have not received an invitation within 3 working days, you have unfortunately not been selected to attend the viewing round. Broadly speaking, the income requirements below can be taken into account. Different income requirements apply here, a minimum but also a maximum income requirement. The maximum income requirement is there to ensure that these homes are only let to people with a low or middle income. Per the municipality where the property is located, a housing permit is required. Once you have been allocated a house, you need to apply for the housing permit at the relevant municipality. The municipality checks whether you meet the income requirements and then grants you the housing permit. A housing permit is not transferable. In any case, it is never higher than twice the basic rent.
